Incorrect Item
JLP will refund your payment for an item that was erroneously shipped if the returned item is undamaged and new/unopened.

Not-As-Advertised on JLP
If the item you received is not as advertised on JLP due to evident incorrect information posted online, you may return it, undamaged and new/unopened.

Defective Item
JLP will refund your payment for a defective item when the item is returned with all of its original packaging and contents.
